Ariadna comas photography

I’m a professional photographer who specializes in architecture, culinary and lifestyle photography.

My interest in photography started before I studied architecture, but it was through my career that I developed an eye for what would eventually become my passion. I earned my degree in Architecture from the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism Carlos Raúl Villanueva at the Universidad Central de Venezuela.

My approach to photography is to capture the essence and beauty of the subjects, whether it’s the intricate details of a building’s design, the mouth-watering presentation of a culinary creation, or the vibrant and unique aspects of lifestyle and culture.

In 2016, I completed my MA in Photography and Design at the ELISAVA School of Design and Engineering in Barcelona, which further honed my skills and techniques.

I’ve participated in several group exhibitions, including “Fragmentos” and “Haciendo visible lo invisible” at the C.C. Las Arenas and Pati Llimona, respectively, in Barcelona, as well as “Se cayó el sistema” at the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism Carlos Raúl Villanueva in Caracas. I’ve also received recognition for my work, including first place in the Art and Design contest “La Luz” and second place in the first photographic contest “Postales del Mundo” by Seiler Travel, both in Venezuela.
